Salzburgerland has some of the best known winter and summer resorts in Austria. Salzburg, Zell am See, Kaprun, Bad Gastein and the Ski Amadé will be familiar many. It is also home to some lesser known "gems". We offer a whole range of properties for sale including apartments, chalets and houses as well as businesses for sale including B & B's, Guesthouses, Hotels and apartment houses.
There are ski resorts that never get into the holiday brochures, but with facilities to rival those of the better known resorts, and prices which offer great value for money.
The Ski Amadé region (Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming-Dachstein-Tauern, Gasteinertal, Flachau, Wagrain, Radstadt, Altenmarkt im Pongau, St Johann im Pongau, Alpendorf, Hochkönig Winterreich and Grossarl Valley) is unique.
The area also includes Filzmoos, Eben im Pongau, Ramsau am Dachstein, Dienten and Mühlbach. In a small area it offers 270 top modern lifts, 860 km of pistes with slopes for all levels and guaranteed snow. A single pass covers the region.
This is an outline map of the six regions of Salzburgerland. The city of Salzburg is shown in red.

Just as in other parts of Austria, the number of properties which can be purchased as holiday homes is restricted. Property is designated either for main residence use (Hauptwohnsitz) or second residence use (Zweitwohnsitz). There are strict rules regarding the purchase of main residence properties.
We work with a number of agents in the area to bring you the widest selection of available properties. Please remember that our sister company based in Bad Ischl is a full member of the Salzburg Immobilien Ring and we can therefore source you properties throughout this region very easily.
